The location of this hotel is mind-blowing! It's right by a stunning cathedral and near a jaw-dropping lake. The room was super spacious with a balcony and a ridiculously comfy bed. The staff were unbelievably helpful, especially the one who arranged a safe and affordable ride to the airport. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The hotel had a charming decor with beautiful traditional Vietnamese artwork displayed throughout the general areas. The accessibility for senior people was excellent, with wide corridors and elevators available for easy navigation.
I would have preferred if the children working there were more attentive and helpful to the needs of senior guests.

Spacious room with balcony, clean, hot shower, good water pressure. Owner friendly and flexible, allowed us to store luggage. Great location near church, 5-minute walk to lake. Helpful staff, accommodated date change. Quiet despite being in old quarter. Near lake and many restaurants. Convenient for exploring tourist attractions.

I went on a scenic boat trip, enjoyed a bicycle ride, visited historical sites, and took in the beautiful lake and mountain scenery.
I just loved the street boys who constantly showed me their hotel cards at bus stops. Just what I needed.

We had a blast exploring Hanoi with our friends. We visited this incredible old man fishing, and there was actually a fairy flying in the clouds! We also saw peasants collecting fuel and a group of white goats grazing on the hills. It was like being in a magical world! And the best part was the boat ride through the cave - the quiet movements of the oars created a musical rhythm that was so soothing. We had the time of our lives!
The only thing I would ask for is more nightlife options for young, party-going people like us. It would have been fun to have more places to dance and hang out in the evenings.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Hanoi. The room was spacious and even had a balcony, a nice touch. I arrived late at night and was grateful to find the staff waiting for me, despite a small delay. They were very kind and even followed up with me after I had to cancel my reservation. I highly recommend this hotel for its great amenities and friendly service.

Great location, close to attractions. The hosts were helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and had a balcony with a nice view.
The bathroom was small and the water pressure wasn't the best. The room had a musty smell and there were ants on the blanket.
